I remember listening to preachers of the word during early 2008 and a lot of great stuff had been propgesied abot the gospel industry growing... not only musically but now also in the way the ministry has become a ministry. i must confess a few years ago i would not be so comfortable confessing i was a christian becoz people would judge on a lot of stuff but look at the way christians wear nowadays, i feel so comfortable whn i go to Mavuno Church every Sunday. i feel ministered to and this is the same sentiment to my peers. Gospel music and the ministry is cooler then ever and Yes Kanji RULES.

Hi Mwafrika team! First, kudos for you magnificent work for the Lord. This is a very great chance for those [like me] who want to have your selected collection. Above all else, I would like to have Kanji and Mavuno worship album and VUC because i find them to be an experience of worship rather than just an album. I wish there was enough space to talk about all of these artists n their work, and i would say it all. Mwafrika, you are my one on one touch with all those great servants of God you have included in this forum. God bless you like no one's business. Thank you in advance, Josh.

This is an example of a Gospel musician who has GROWN. Really, his music is a testimony by itself of God's goodness. Who says you must have a voice that fits in the keyboard range (Love ya Daddy Owen!) for God's name to be glorified? I am blessed to hear his music....and will be glad to get a NON BOOTLEG Daddy Owen CD. God bless mwafrika.com, you are a welcome addiction!

..what an impact music! In regards to gospel music, its impacts both us and God Himself since he inhabits in the praises of his people!! On the other hand, with various instances and genres of music there is a definite impact. I would therefore caution all lyricist to be careful with the words on write. Let there be clarity in the meaning, course and the message conveyed. The listener should be able to decipher what type of a song it is. Let us be careful not to hos the unintended " Lord" in our praises. The key is in our hands. Wasanii na Jamii, we have unmerited favor in 200

Quantum leap is what i have to say concerning Kenyan Gospel. Yani its showing that if we truly want to reach out to this generation then talent, gifting, presentation, professionalism and profound profession of our faith is pivotal. Its happening. I am where i am partly due to Kenyan gospel. they gave me a saved solution to entertainment. its scripture-tainment. Thank God for all da local gospel. One last word: let's all buy local content. I do, all my local gospel is origianal, some even autographed. If we don't support our artists in thier ministry, who will?
