Multiple Stellar-award winner Byron Cage continues to impact the Gospel world, this time with the release on Verity of his latest record, Faithful to Believe. The sixth in a career spanning over 14 years, Faithful to Believe is an upbeat praise album that solidifies Byron’s place as a top vocalist in the genre.

The eleven-track anthology is choc-full of jams to appreciate and tap your feet to. The title track is an energetic anthem on the subject of faith that is already running riot on Stateside airwaves. Simply Yes and Can’t Hold It follow each other in a rapid and near breathless ‘church’ carnival, complete with shouting leads and memorable lyrics.

On the other side of speed, Cage’s vocals take center-stage on the ballady He Will Answer, a soothing call to wait on God. Thankful, also smooth and gentle, is an open outburst of thanksgiving to the Almighty.

Produced by award-winning Aaron Lindsey, Faithful to Believe also features some big names in Gospel, with Tye Tribbett showing up on In the Midst, while Karen Clark-Sheard and Marvin Winans Jnr join Cage on Lord You Are My Everything. The latter combination of Cage, Sheard and Winans is likely to be a hit favorite for Gospel fans world over.
