Nov 11, Kula Corner - Emmanuel Lee LambertJnr a.k.a Da' T.R.U.T.H. touched down in Kenya Wednesday evening, fired up for his first performance ever on East African soil, going down this Friday night at NPC Valley Road. Today, his first official gig as it were was hanging out with his kind of crowd - hip-hop and spoken word artists at a special edition of Mad Love Lounge at Kula Corner.
Accompanied by his DJ, Da' T.R.U.T.H. opened his session by declaring that he is 'doubly grateful now' for 'every opportunity to minister', indicating that he will not be shying away from acknowledging his recent fall and restoration. Da' T.R.U.T.H. shared his heart with the artists for close to an hour, finishing it off with a freestyle performance that left the likes of Rigga cheering and declaring 'perhaps we should hang up the mic (sic)'. Others at the do included Holy Dave, Jeffro, DJ GG, Xpo, DJ Shock, Bupe and other Mad Love regulars.
