Julius Kilonzi a.k.a Admiral Kilosh is a young Gospel Reggae Singer and composer in his mid-twenties. The singer is a first born in a family of four.

His story begins way back in his upper primary education where his desire to sing was manifest through his involvement in a percussion band (class 926) in Tala Township Primary School where he was undertaking his primary education.

Admiral was good in playing all the available instruments then, ranging from drums, marimba, metalaphone, nzumari (a coast province musical instrument), flute and many others, which he was able to play to the National Level in the Kenya Schools Music Festivals. He joined Machakos School for his ‘O' levels but got involved in drugs while in form two and was expelled in 1997 in his third year.

He later joined Kinyui High School for the remaining part of his ‘O' levels where he managed to finish in hardship also due to his bad lifestyle in school. He joined the famed “Itation Sounds” where he was an MC for almost nine months. But his life turned around in September 1999 when he accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and saviour.

Admiral Kilosh is now a born again Christian who has also acquired a diploma in Marketing Management with the Kenya Institute of Management.more than an artist,he has a desire to see the redemption of many youths who are living ungodly lifes bound by drugs,sexual immorality, disobedience to parents etc. This has made him to start a Ministry (Spiritual Advisory Ministry) that reaches out to schools especially boarding schools in the country.

Spiritual Advisory Ministry is about empowering the youth of today to share the responsibility of leadership through conscious engagement, accuracy on God and practical Christianity so that Gods people may attain all their God ordained objectives and enjoy a heavenly experience in an earthly environment.

As an artist Admiral Kilosh has managed to record his debut album “Children of the Father” which has been highly appreciated by his fans in the country and some Swedish people. Kilosh whose stage presence cannot be ignored has performed in major concerts in the country sharing platforms with the likes of Rufftone, SK Blue, Po-q-upine, Daddy Owen, Gospel Fathers, Jogg C and even international artists like Lukas Simari, Witness (UK based) and Chevelle Franklin.

Apart from music the singer has also introduced a clothing line “ KEY-LOSH street wear”, T-shirts, lady tops and track suits are already in the market. By God's grace ladies sandals, bandanas and holiday shorts are the next attraction.
